Hello,

Thank you for your interest in UHAP.  We are an extremely fast growing non-profit organization that was set up in order to help educate communities around the nation about their local urban housing programs, predatory lending laws, (are you protected?), the HEMAtm (Home Equity Management Account) Program, and much more. 

Our goals are educate Home Owners about local Urban Housing Programs and to educate Home Owners, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Brokers, and Appraisers about the pitfalls of Predatory Lending and Mortgage Fraud.

UHAP Preferred Foundations

Effective January 01, 2006 all Certified Agents must submit all mortgage programs under UHAP Standards.  All Homeowners not approved in a UHAP Preferred Foundation must be placed in a UHAP Preferred Foundation Plan.  This will provide all Homeowners with the knowledge, and  resources, to obtain the most advantageous mortgage programs available.
